So far very little has been said of the form or structure must have a fully commercial site when I say commercial, I do not refer to those sites that sell downloads, books or any other virtual product. But rather to those sites which present or rather, they represent a company. From the very beginnings of the Internet, all companies both large and small have wanted to be anywhere. Many they succeed or have achieved.
But the mere fact of having a URL is not enough for the company in question is displayed correctly, or at best, generate new sales or new customers.

Appearance and Design of a commercial site
This article aims to bring together the common errors which would discuss and explain some factors that will make your business website speak for itself and in particular that may remain in the mind of your visitor-client relationship.

Looks too flashy.
Many companies want their site has animations, flash, texts that exploit, movement of images, “bright colors” etc.. This is fine for the site of a brand of soda, but not for a site that should convey the seriousness with which they will be treated a customer or a sale. Many times this type of graphic resources misused can make site navigation very cumbersome to the point that visitors seek desist from certain product or service and choose another company with more content at hand.
You need not call attention to the look of your site, but can do so by the quality of design and functionality in place.

These strange dropdown menus.
Increasingly, sites that use javascript to create dynamic drop-down list or menu. Most of them do not work properly in all browsers. Wear them only if you have to contain many links or is the only way to make navigation easier for your visitor. Also check the compatibility of various browsers.
Remember that your visitor does not have knowledge or design or use drop-down list, make sure that links are found at first glance, the user does not have to test all the menus to find what you want.

Shortly text many images.
With the aim of “attractive” a place many make the mistake of using too many images to compose a site. If you use CSS for layout is very likely to achieve a better design.
Besides making the page load slower abuse images makes his guest remains eager to learn more about the site you visit. The bad idea to summarize or underestimate the amount of text often does not know a site to “talk” properly the product or service that sells. If you do not saturate with text using multiple pages to expound on some idea.

Some suggestions:

Do not saturate your site graphically
Avoid using too many images
Avoid using “Frames”
Use a payment server (unbelievable but many companies use free hosting)
Do not replace with images that should be in text mode.
Try to properly use the dropdown menus.
Expose on every page the address of your company as well as phone numbers and other contact information.
If you use a form for your visitor will contact the company try not to ask too much data.
Keep a clear link structure. Make easy navigation of your site.

Possible structure for a commercial website:
This would be the possible structure that could save a website, obviously this will vary according to the complexity of the information you need to expose.

1. Products / Services:> Menu of Products / Products> Sub Menu Products [Many well-disaggregated information about their products]
2. About The Company:> History / Mission / Financial Information / Description of the company.
3. Contact:> Geographic Location / Phone / Hours / e-mail addresses and contact form.
4. News:> New Products / Company News / Exchange Rates, etc..
5. Resources & Downloads:> Catalogs / Technical Information / Drawings, manuals / Price List / etc.

Conclusion:
The have a really well done commercial site greatly facilitates the work of selling their products, we say “easy” because we know that having a website is not equivalent to mass sales. Because several factors come into play on our side and client side.
